What a great location - and a terrific set up. A former inn allows for everyone to have their own bath with their bedroom. Perfect for our needs. And great areas to sit and converse and HUGE parking available for cars. Great communication with everyone involved as well.

The house was wonderful! Everyone had their own space, the kitchen had almost anything and everything you would need (a Keurig coffee maker would have made it perfect), the location was amazing, we loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Falmouth! Felicia and Margaret were great hosts and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect with beach/ocean views. Easy to walk across the street to the beach and a couple of restaurants. The house was perfect for our extended family of 16. We would definitely stay here again!

We hosted about 15 friends at the house for our wedding at The Wharf (across the street) and the house was absolutely perfect for a large group. Each room was charming and it was so great that each one had a full bathroom. The location and common areas were wonderful, as well as the backyard and the shed with beach supplies. Check in and check out were seamless and we had a great experience.

It was great for us-all 'grands' were teens or older. We all know the town from previous visits, and a year living there. Beach access was great. and the weather couldn't have been better.

Retirement Party Weekend

We chose this place because it had plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms to accommodate our family and out of state guests. The location was perfect for a relaxing day at the beach before the celebration dinner that night. Everyone enjoyed the weekend - only wish we could have stayed longer!

We did a small group retreat for 9 people and the property was perfect. The layout is nice, the owner and manager are responsive and kind, and the furnishings are nice. Very, very clean. Would definitely rent again!!

Holiday Gathering

For 5 years now we have rented Grafton Inn for the family to come together to celebrate the holiday. The house is perfect for us and easily accommodates all of us from sleeping, cooking, eating, and enjoying one another's company. The location can't be beat, as well as the hosts, and the house has all the amenities that we need. I look forward to staying at the Grafton Inn again next year!

Friends getaway

Great place to gather with friends and relax and enjoy the view. Great restaurants and shopping close by. The house was equipped with everything you could need. Bedrooms were very spacious each with their own private bathroom. We will definitely be returning.

This was a work trip for us and the facilities were wonderful. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The views were amazing. We had no trouble finding great restaurants for the team. The kitchen was well furnished with anything we needed. I would highly recommend Grafton Inn.

The location was amazing. Had a great time with our extended family. So many places in the house to have multiple areas to spread out. Watched the road race from the porch which was great. 2nd time at this house and would definitely go back. Ocean just a few steps from the porch. So convenient

Great Place for Family Fun

Excellent accommodations for our family vacation. Thirteen of us ranging in age from 85 to 9. Clean, quiet and comfortable bedrooms and each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen was super well equipped and the dining room table accommodated all 13 of us for shared meals. The location could not be better, beach across the street, walking distance to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, bike rental and quaint town. Margaret and her husband were excellent hosts. Highly recommend!

Our family of four and eight of our closest friends stayed at the Grafton Inn on a beautiful October weekend, and it could not have been more perfect. Every room offered something unique—bright, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The long dining table was ideal for our birthday dinner, and the enclosed porch was the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out across the water was just wonderful. The host and manager were great to work with and made every detail easy. We arranged for catering at the house, which worked seamlessly, and enjoyed lunch next door at Shipwrecked. To find a rental where every bedroom has its own bathroom is a rare treat, and this one exceeded all expectations. We are already brainstorming the next big occasion that will give us an opportunity to return to the Grafton Inn!

Our stay at the Grafton Inn was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn’t have been better. The house itself was even better than expected and easily accommodated our large family of 12 adults and 7 children from ages 3 1/2 to 9. We were surprised by the ample amount of seating and space on the first floor that enabled our group to sit together or spread out in small groups. The kids (and adults too) enjoyed all the games and puzzles that were available. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this house was the most well-stocked, which we truly appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised to see TWO extra refrigerators in the shed which our large group definitely made use of! The drink fridge and ice maker on the porch was also wonderful! I could go on and on, but all our kids agreed that this was the best family vacation we’ve ever had!

FANTASTIC location, great house

Many months ago, we selected this house for a family reunion to celebrate our father's 90th birthday. The group eventually grew to 19. The house nicely accommodated all of us - living together, eating together, playing games, going to the beach. This is not a new house, and the furnishings are not luxurious, but it's extremely comfortable. There's a nice yard, great parking, close-by shopping - and the beach is right across the street! While the beach was busy, it was never too crowded. From a Californian's perspective, the house's architecture is inviting and intriguing. There are a number of quirks to this old house that we found delightful (the switch for the 3rd floor hall light is in the kitchen!). We had a handicapped child to accommodate and the house worked well for him, as well as for a 1-year-old and a 90-year-old. This range of ages and needs took a lot of advance planning. Felicia, the owner, was extremely helpful, providing lots of information and answers to all our questions. The house was everything we'd hoped for!

This was the perfect place for a multigenerational family to spend a long weekend together. The house is comfortable and in a great location. A big plus was the accessibility of a local manager who was easily reachable to answer all our questions. We'd gladly stay there again if the opportunity arose.
