Ideally located on the beach of Anse des Cayes, PRANA ESTATE is a complex of two luxurious villas with a total of six bedrooms. Only a few steps from the white sand and the sparkling waves, villas PRANA and GREEN HEART offer upscale amenities for large groups or family vacations for up to twelve people. Beautiful terraces, two heated swimming pools and charming furniture make PRANA ESTATE the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in St. Barths.
In front of the horizon, the two oceanfront properties that make up PRANA ESTATE offer breathtakingly beautiful views. You will enjoy the panorama from the lounges that open onto the outside, comfortably sitting in the sofas and armchairs. You can enjoy lunch around the indoor dining rooms swept by the trade winds, close to the two fully equipped kitchens, or enjoy more private moments in one of the two villas. At the back, the patios are also privileged spaces where you will find coolness and quiet in a fine atmosphere.
At the front of PRANA ESTATE, you will discover two terraces open onto the beach and the white sand. The two heated swimming pools invite guests to relax in a tropical atmosphere. Deck chairs and outdoor dining areas are set up for delicious al fresco dining in the gentle Caribbean air. Only a few steps below, you ll find the beach with daybeds and loungers for moments of relaxation listening to the sound of the waves. In this paradise complex, you ll create your own tropical memories.
The PRANA ESTATE complex consists of a total of six air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms over the two villas. Two bedrooms offer beautiful ocean views, two others open onto the patios and the last two ones are located in the basements, close to the well-equipped fitness rooms. Four bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and the other two feature twin beds that can be converted into king size. The decor is warm and cozy, with soft pillows and mansard ceilings that provide a pleasant feeling of volume.
