Voici pourquoi VOUS AIMEREZ cette unité surdimensionn��e (1017 pi2) 1BR / 2BA + Bunks:

*** Nous mettons toujours à jour notre unité! En mars 2017, nous avons remplacé le tapis dans la chambre et la chambre avec lits superpos���s. En 2016, nous avons ajout�� deux nouvelles chaises rembourrées ����� la salle familiale! Nous avons également remplacé la laveuse et la sécheuse par de nouvelles unités (y compris une laveuse à chargement par le dessus!) Au cours de l'année 2015, nous avons remplacé le revêtement de sol de la salle familiale et de la salle à manger par de nouveaux planchers de céramique. Des photos mises ���� jour ont ét���� postées pour tout cela! D'autres mises �� jour comprennent de nouvelles peintures, un tout nouveau matelas Simmons BeautyRest de taille King dans la chambre à coucher principale et une nouvelle couette, et un nouveau syst����me Mini-Stereo avec Bluetooth dans la salle familiale! Nous avons ������galement ajout��� de nouvelles chaises longues et chaises de bistro sur le balcon!

*** Emplacement au cinquième ��tage parfait! Grande élévation pour les vues, mais pas trop ��levé. De là, vous pouvez voir les vagues se briser sur le sable pendant que vous êtes assis dans la salle familiale ou allong�� dans votre lit! Juste deux ������tages au-dessus de la passerelle du parking, donc pas de longues promenades en ascenseur!

*** Unité West End! Le balcon a une belle vue sur la plage dans les deux sens, en particulier une vue imprenable sur l'ouest pour voir les couchers de soleil et la jet�����e de p����������������che (voir la photo ci-dessous!) Ceci est un balcon priv�� (rare dans Aqua!) qui a deux chaises longues ainsi qu'un ensemble bistro pour deux!

*** Chaises de plage gratuites! Le service de plage, y compris deux salons rembourr����s et un parasol, est gratuit pour nos clients de Mars �� Octobre!

*** Très joliment meubl���, confortable et décoré avec goût. Chaque chambre est joliment d���corée. (Regardez les photos!) Vos enfants vont adorer les lits superposés sur mesure. Les couchettes ont beaucoup d'espace libre, de sorte que vos enfants peuvent s'asseoir confortablement au lit et regarder la télévision. Et vous allez adorer le matelas Simmons BeautyRest King-Sized dans la chambre! Le grand lit dans la chambre familiale offre un espace de couchage suppl����mentaire. Les rideaux d'occultation du sol au plafond bloquent la lumière lorsque vous voulez de l'intimité, et incluent des embrasses lorsque vous voulez laisser le soleil briller (regardez combien de verre fait face à la plage)!

*** Electronique amélior������e! L'��lectronique comprend un téléviseur à écran plat 1080p de 42 pouces, un lecteur Blue-Ray / DVD, une mini chaîne stéréo avec AM + FM + CD + USB + Bluetooth dans la salle familiale, un tél����viseur �� écran plat de 37 pouces et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre, et un tél��viseur à écran plat de 19 pouces + lecteur DVD dans la chambre des couchettes!

*** Tout ce dont vous avez besoin! L'unité comprend la t��������lévision par câble, acc��s Internet wi-fi, t��l����������phone ligne terrestre, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine enti��rement ���quipée w / électroménagers en acier inoxydable, deux salles de bains, et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes.

*** C'est Aqua! Aqua est la premi������re propriété sur PCB, et est seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de Pier Park! Aqua est également pratique pour Frank Brown Park et d'autres attractions de la région. Having “Alexa” was an added bonus for us as well as having free beach chair service! The owners, Steve and Jackie, are great to rent from and prompt with communication!! We have rented unit 508 from them in the past and it was just as clean and nice, close to everything! We will definitely rent from them again!

Panama City Race Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were most pleased with our first trip to Panama City Beach. The accommodations were excellent! The condo was clean and tastefully furnished, the location was so convenient, and the view was spectacular! This was a last-minute booking and we so appreciate the owner working with us to make it possible. To top it off, we "randomly" ended up next door to our daughter's family, who had booked a year ago for the Ironman race. Our stay could not have been any better and we look forward to returning in the furture.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great , except for parking, one night we couldn’t find a parking spot. We had to park on the side of the parking garage, was so afraid that our car would be towed. The other thing was that the guys at the beach were you get your beach chairs were extremely rude, there was one out of the four that was very nice, but the others were not. Other than that it was all good .

Aqua 510 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was as described. It was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at The Aqua many times. This room’s perks were the price, new sofa, comfy bed, cable tv and convenient 5th floor location! The unit had minimal signs of wear but is to be expected. It was fine for us and I would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed the location, visited Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, Triple J’s, Saltwater Grille, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and Goofy Golf.

A Wonderful Experience - As we have come to expect from Aqua

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (6 in total) have been coming to Aqua for the past 5 years. There is a reason for this. We have stayed at other reputable condos at PCB but once we found Aqua, we have not considered staying at another condo. The price, quality of the condos, amenities, and staff keep us coming back. Their staff (especially Robin in Reservations) answers any questions, helps us plan the most cost effective trip, and overall takes care of any issues we may experience. Without hesitation our family recommends Aqua to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB.

Great stay as always.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our third time staying at Aqua and had a great time. We stayed in unit 510 and it was very clean and well cared for. Lots of updates over the years. As for the property at aqua, although very clean, it is starting to show some wear. One of the elevators was hit and miss for the entire 2 weeks. The pool area was spotless as always but could definitely use some upgrades. The lounge chairs are in need of being replaced. The nice wood ones under the pergolas as showing their age. BBQs were very difficult to light but cleaned well every night. Staff around the property were always very polite and pleasant.
