D��couvrez la paix et la sérénité tout en profitant des avantages de surplomber le sanctuaire de la faune de 4 200 acres, avec trois miles de plage permanente sous-développée obligatoire le long du sanctuaire à l'est. ��coutez les oiseaux et regardez les dauphins en sirotant un espresso sur le balcon privé. Martinique 301E was Wonderful!

We stayed at Martinique Condos #301E and it was a wonderful experience. The condo had everything that we needed for our vacation week. The well-stocked kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and accessories. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches and chairs. The bedrooms were large and each had it's own bathroom. One of the best parts of the condo was the beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the porch! WOW! Only a short walk down the boardwalk we had easy access to the beach and ocean. Thank you to the homeowners for keeping the condo so nice. We will certainly try to stay there again in the future.

301 East - Beautiful place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 301 East. We have been coming to Martinique for almost 20 years and continue to love it more each time we come. This was our first time staying in an East condo and we loved it but do prefer the West condos in comparison. My only complaint about 301 East is that there needs to be an ice maker. In a condo for so many people, there needs to be a way to ice down our beach cooler without having to drive to get ice every day. The kitchen was equipped nicely. Beds were all super comfortable and AC worked great! The views from the large balcony were fabulous and we loved having plenty of seating out there for our family of 8. Also wish there had been some beach towels available to use. We loved our stay at this condo. We have come her with other families and referred many families to come and stay as well. We brought my parents with us this time and they had a wonderful time too! They stayed in 305East. Thank you again, Martinique, for a wonderful vacation! We will be back. ❤️🌺☀️🌊🏖️

We chose 301 East because of past good experiences. The registration experience was good with nice staff. The rooms in the condo were clean. The sliding glass door and windows were very dirty, making it difficult to see the view. We cleaned it ourselves. The sliding door handle is almost worn out and makes it very difficult to open the door. The front door walk had sand and mud with a dirty welcome rug which started shedding when we attempted to shake it out. We notified the front office but ended up sweeping it. The sprinklers still are positioned to wet the patio area requiring moving the furniture nightly. The unit guest bath needs updating. Overall, we like this property for privacy and comfort.

We love the location and privacy of this unit.The TV could us an upgrade in this era of streaming TV.We appreciated the upgraded appliances in the kitchen.The master bedroom mattress could also be upgraded. My wife and I both thought it was soft and left us with a sore back in the mornings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 12th year at Martinique and the first time staying at 301E. The unit is very nice, clean and the kitchen well equipped with anything you could need. With its corner location overlooking the nature preserve, it is so quiet...exactly like we love. I would have booked it for next year but needed Sunday to Sunday and the unit only allows for Saturday to Saturday.As I stated, this is our 12th year at Martinique. Last year we had trouble reaching management staff and when we did they were not anywhere near as friendly and helpful as usual. This year they were back to their awesome selves, yay! Also, while the grounds are always well kept, this year they were even more spectacular! Due to the coolness of the weather, the pools were not utilized by any of our group and by very few of the other guest. While the weather cannot be controlled, it would be nice if management would heat the first pool in October so that people can enjoy at least one of the pools. We did see the security people patrolling often and noticed that people who did not have condo parking passes but were parked up by the condo's were getting tickets (told they were warning tickets the first time). It was a tad disconcerting to see the security man with a gun on his hip, would hope such need was not necessary.If you decide to book a stay at 301E you will not regret it!

Beautiful and relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property 7 years in a row except for 2020. It is a beautiful setting on the gulf near Bon Secour Refuge. It is quiet and relaxing. The grounds are well kept and tropical looking with palms and palmettos.The unit itself has had some recent upgrades in the kitchen with some upgrade to the master suite planned.Mattresses in the other two suites could use with an upgrade.The kitchen is very well stocked since we like to cook especially with all the locally available seafood.
