Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this bright and spacious beachfront apartment in Blanes, the gateway to the Costa Brava. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the accommodation offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay by the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment is located in the Els Pins neighborhood, a quiet and well-connected area just steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Blanes is known for its beautiful old town, its seaside promenade, the Marimurtra Botanical Garden, and its stunning crystal-clear coves. Every summer, it also hosts one of the most famous international fireworks competitions in Europe — which you can enjoy from the terrace.

🌞 Very bright and fresh, as it is located on the 8th floor with both south and north orientations, allowing for a pleasant cross breeze. It does not have air conditioning, but thanks to its privileged location and natural ventilation, you won't miss it. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for a fabulous beach stay, including TV and free Wi-Fi.

We provide bed linen, towels, basic amenities, a baby cot, and a high chair.

Paid street parking is available. During the summer season, it costs €6 per day from 09:00 to 20:00, payable by cash or card.

This apartment holds an official tourist license issued by the local authorities.

The local tourist tax is not included. It must be paid at check-in according to the rate in force at that time: €2.20 per adult (over 16 years old) per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

Late check-in supplement after 8:00 PM:
Check-in from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30 supplement.
Check-ins after 11:00 PM are not available.

Swimming pool use: The pool is available from June 15 to September 15, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Eating, playing ball games, and bringing pets into the pool area are not allowed. There is no lifeguard service, so children must always be supervised and under the responsibility of an adult.

Please do not use the shower towels for the beach. Make sure to bring your own beach towels or request our beach towel rental service.

Please do not leave dirty dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, or other utensils. Make sure to wash and store everything before your departure. Thank you for being a great guest and for leaving the apartment as you found it.

Waste and recycling: Please dispose of your trash and recycling in the containers located in front of the building entrance.

* This space is suitable for families and groups of adults over 28 years of age.
* It is mandatory to register all people staying. We will ask you for an identity document (ID or passport) before and during check-in.
* You have to take out the garbage periodically to avoid odors and dirt and deposit it in the containers located on the street.
* We ask you to avoid waste and make responsible use of electricity, water and gas supplies. Excessive consumption may result in the deduction of amounts from the security deposit.

CHARGES NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE
*A deposit payment of €300 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted).
* The local tourist tax is not included: €1.10 per adult (+16) and per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in.
* Supplement for late check-in: the check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The late check-in supplement is €30.00 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. No check-ins after 11pm.
* Failure to return each set of keys will incur a charge of €100

PROHIBITIONS
* We do not allow smoking inside the apartment, however, you can do it on the terraces. In this case, use the ashtrays provided.
* You cannot host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation.
* It is not allowed to celebrate parties, bachelor parties or any other event. The peace and tranquility of the neighbors must be respected.
* Noises should be minimized from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., therefore, avoid noisy activities (music, loud conversations) during this time.
* You cannot take bath towels to the beach nor the pool. The return of these in poor condition will cost you €10 per towel and we will deduct it from the deposit. The same if they are from laps stained with makeup, bronzers, oils or shoe soles.
