Built on two levels in a refined and clean decoration, the holiday villa LO SCOGLIO is a very charming home perched at the end of a private road, just a short walk from the Anse des Cayes beach. The calm and air-conditioned great room extends between the inside and the outside. Under a high vaulted ceiling offering a pleasant feeling of volume, you ll enjoy the exquisite comfort in a soothing and serene atmosphere. The linen color tones with blue hints make this living room a comfortable place for rest and relaxation. There is a well-equipped kitchen for the preparation of meals that can be enjoyed on the covered terrace around the exotic wood dining table, facing the breathtaking horizon.

Further down, there is a teak terrace with a lovely swimming pool in two parts: one part for lounging and the other one deep enough for fully immersing oneself and swimming in the water. This is the perfect setup for cooling down and relaxing under the sun of the St-Barths, on the lounge chairs set up around the pool facing the breathtaking panorama of Anse des Lézards. Nestled in the tropical vegetation and comfortably furnished, this lower level terrace is a balcony on the ocean, swept by the trade winds.

The rental villa LO SCOGLIO in St-Barths consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms and is the ideal vacation spot for a family or a group of friends traveling together. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room and have en-suite bathrooms. A third smaller bedroom is located at the end of the covered terrace. This bedroom must share its bathroom with one of the main two bedrooms, more suitable for children. A fourth bedroom located in an independent bungalow is a private studio apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette.
