Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. (Service animals are welcome in accordance with regulations.)
Events & Parties: No parties or events are allowed.
Smoking/Vaping: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the property.
Commercial Filming/Photography: Not permitted without prior approval.
Additional Guidelines:
Cleanliness: Please keep the space tidy and treat it with care. Let us know if anything gets broken.
Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please wash any dishes and clean up after yourself.
Outdoor Patio: You're welcome to enjoy the outdoor patio. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially later in the evening.
Parking: Free parking is available upon request—please request in advance.
