This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home is located on a quiet, residential street in Wandsworth. It is modern, very spacious and boasts high-end features for a comfortable stay. A great addition to this home is its welcoming back garden, perfect for the summer months and for hosting family and friends.
The Space:
This home is divided across three floors and boasts a total of 1,271 square foot. Upon entering the house, you are greeted with a very spacious, comfortable living room. This room flows seamlessly into the large, modern kitchen with a dining area. The bifold doors in the kitchen open up to a wonderful back garden space featuring a lovely rattan garden furniture set. The tall glass doors bathe this room in natural light. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find the master bathroom, fitted with a deep bath, a separate shower and two sinks. There are two lovely bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed, and the second, larger bedroom has a king-sized bed. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe space. The tall windows allow lots of natural light to fill the rooms, and the larger bedroom also includes a television and a dressing table/desk.
On the second floor, you will find the third bathroom with a shower and a loo. The top floor includes the third spacious bedroom. This room is cosy and modern and has its own little balcony to let in the fresh air. Equally, the Juliette doors and skylights in this room make this space naturally bright. There is also a television in this room.
