Spread over three levels and offering a total of 280 m², Madre Tierra Boutique Villa 1 welcomes larger families or groups in search of space and comfort. Designed with attention to detail, this home features four main bedrooms (three of which are ensuite), plus a supplementary bedroom in the basement with its own private bathroom—making it ideal for up to 10 guests.

The first floor offers two bright, stylish bedrooms with double beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The top floor (attic) includes another serene ensuite bedroom with views and an abundance of natural light. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with a dedicated bathroom nearby—perfect for guests with mobility considerations. If your group exceeds eight people, the basement space includes an additional double bed, private bathroom, laundry area, and dryer, comfortably accommodating two more guests for a total of ten.
