The apartment opens onto the living area, consisting of an open space with living room, equipped with sofa and TV, and kitchen with dining table and fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious dishes to enjoy overlooking the lake. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. From the living area and bedroom you can access a lovely balcony where table and chairs allow you to relax, enjoy the sun and tasty aperitifs with spectacular lake view.
The interior of the house is furnished in a simple and comfortable way and very bright. The apartment is equipped with all comforts, such as fans, Wifi, washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a private garage where you can park your car.
Queen Lake View is perfect for those seeking tranquility and, at the same time, want to be within easy reach of the main attractions of Lake Como. From nearby Varenna you can take the ferry to explore Bellagio, Menaggio and discover all the wonders of the lake.
