Welcome to our charming and inviting property, conveniently located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Dunfermline, Fife. This delightful home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for your stay. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, our home provides a welcoming and comfortable base to explore Dunfermline, Edinburgh, and beyond. Our home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly residential area with a welcoming and safe atmosphere. Guests can enjoy free private parking on the driveway. Shops, takeaways, and a convenience store for groceries are all within walking distance.
Our property is ideally located just a 5-minute drive to Dunfermline City Centre and 10 minutes by road to Rosyth Dockyard. Edinburgh City Centre is also easily accessible, approximately 40 minutes away by road, offering the chance to explore iconic attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood, and the Royal Mile.
Guests should be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 19:00 and
11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
