We believe in being completely transparent with our guests. Our home has a lot of character, but it isn't perfect. Because of this, we are offering it at a price significantly lower than other properties in the resort. We have exciting plans for a full renovation after the summer season, but for now, we invite you to enjoy this incredible spot at a fantastic value.

Here is a candid look at the property's unique quirks so you can decide if it’s the right fit for you:

Cooling the Space: To help with the summer heat, we provide a portable air conditioning unit. As it's a single-unit system, it requires a nearby window to be open for its ventilation hose.

The Bathroom: The shower doors are not currently working and remain in the open position. Additionally, there is no hanging mount for the handheld shower head.

Second Bedroom Fan: Please note that the ceiling fan in the second bedroom is not operational.

Our Furry Neighbors: The resort is home to many friendly cats who are part of the local charm. They are quite sociable and may wander into the yard or even venture inside the house if a door is left ajar.
