Our views extend over sparkling seas along the North Cornwall coastline to the horizon extending from Towan Headland to the Trevose Head lighthouse near Padstow.
Within a short distance of the apartment there are 12 beautiful Newquay beaches to explore, each with a different character; from the family-friendly Towan Beach or Porth Beach to the famous Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay surfing beaches.

Over the decades, my wife Sue and I have cherished seaside holidays. Living in the landlocked West Midlands, the Cornish coastline holds a particularly special place in our hearts.
From our early days of courting to raising a family, and now enjoying retirement with our grandchildren, our family holidays have always been a source of precious memories. Cornwall, especially Newquay, has been our favorite destination—a place we continue to love to this day.
During our years of holidaying in Cornwall, we’ve experienced a wide range of accommodations: hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses, farmhouses, and caravans. These stays have given us valuable insight into what makes holiday accommodation truly enjoyable.
Twelve years ago, we decided to take a meaningful step and purchase our own holiday apartment. By good fortune, Seagull View Holiday Apartment became available. As it had a 'Holiday Use Restricted' designation, we felt reassured that we weren't impacting local housing availability. Our intentions were clear: we wanted a holiday home, and this apartment was perfect for us. Situated in a prime seafront location, with three bedrooms and its own parking, it exceeded all our expectations.
Over the years, we’ve put our heart into renovating, improving, and redesigning many aspects of the apartment to create a space that works wonderfully for us and for our guests. We warmly welcome holidaymakers to share our apartment and are always delighted to hear their kind reviews about how much they enjoyed their stay. For us, their feedback makes it all doubly worthwhile.
