Bright 40 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with a lift, but with steps to access the building. The accommodation is located in the Lignano Pineta area, a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by greenery, full of services such as bars, restaurants and shops, but also public transport and equipped with every comfort.
The center of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the beach are respectively 13 minutes by bus and 8 minutes walk from the property.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, wardrobe and TV;
- FULL KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Heating with heat pump, DVD player, hairdryer, drying rack, clothes rack, shower chair, shared rooftop with clothes hanging lines and two sinks (no washing machine)

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

The apartment is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a renowned tourist resort known above all for its splendid coastline and its warm and temperate climate. The coastline of Lignano Sabbiadoro is about 8 kilometers long and has dozens of more than well-equipped establishments, where, in addition to relaxing, it is possible to dedicate oneself to a myriad of activities: from water sports (sailing, windsurfing, surfing, kite, etc.) to those on the sand, also passing through lesser-known activities such as SUP (Stand Up Paddle, a sort of combination between surfing and canoeing) or excursions on fat stand bikes.

- From Latisana-Lignano-Bibione Station, you can reach the apartment by bus no. 500 or 501 from the "LATISANA via Beorchia (autostazione)" stop (3 minutes walk from the station) to the "LIGNANO piazza Rosa dei Venti" stop, 1 minute walk from the property.
