Ce condo rez de chaussée est situé directement sur les belles plages du golfe du Mexique! Vous aurez une vue imprenable sur l'eau vert émeraude et la plage!
Sortez de la terrasse face à la plage et promenez-vous dans les dunes jusqu'aux plages de sable blanc. Là, vous aurez vos chaises de plage et parasol en attente de votre utilisation (S'il vous plaît noter: Beach Service est saisonnier).

Destin Beach Club est au coeur de Destin, Floride, où vous ne manquerez jamais de choses amusantes à faire. De l'autre côté de la rue est
Le parc d'attractions Track, et juste en bas de la rue est Big Kahuna Water Park. Les enfants vont adorer ça. Et bien sûr, les quais de pêche de renommée mondiale et la location de bateaux sont à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du condo.

Au Destin Beach Club, vous vous sentirez comme si vous étiez loin de la foule des amateurs de plage. Ce complexe de condominiums est un bâtiment pittoresque de trois étages situé sur les rives du golfe. Cela renvoie à ce que Destin était autrefois! Lorsque vous êtes sur la plage, vous n'êtes pas en concurrence pour l'espace et vous vous sentirez comme si vous étiez sur votre propre plage privée.

À 840 pieds carrés, votre condo comprend 1 chambre à coucher, une alcôve avec couchette superposée et 2 salles de bain. Ce magnifique condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Le salon / salle à manger donne directement sur votre terrasse privée et vous disposerez d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec des comptoirs en quartz et des appareils de qualité.

La chambre principale a un lit king avec une télévision intelligente de 40 "et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon avec une télévision intelligente de 65".

Alors, venez vous détendre et profiter de ce condo en bord de mer qui offre également une piscine chauffée qui se trouve du côté de la plage, un jacuzzi et un barbecue au gaz haut de gamme.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit for several years and when thing were updated it looked and felt great. THis year the furniture was soiled, kit faucet handle kept falling off, Main bath towel holder had fallen off. Freezer kept dripping into frig. Had to call matinence more than once. Just gave up on frig. Let them know when we left. Walking on floors after shower, our feet were dirty agian? Were floors mopped??? I LOVE Destin Beach Club. Have been goning for over 30 years but disappointed this time. New Manager, gentleman and i didn;t have his name, actually asked us if we had sat something on the furniture! IT was stained when we arrived. I was a little insulted by his insinuation. As well, if prices keep going up every year, not sure we will be able to afford it. I plan go but???Thank you for you time.

Reviewer Comments: Having been a long time Destin Beach Club visitor and owner, we were pleased to see the updates to the units: flooring, washers and dryers in each unit, and the overall appearance of the grounds and building. The tv’s were a bit of a challenge but with Christian’s help, we mastered them. The staff in the office addressed any concerns we had like having maintenance fix a leaky toilet. The only other concern was our door being left open after replacing/repairing the weather stripping. Over all, so pleased and enjoyed our time at the Beach Club. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit was wonderful as far as being right on the beach and close to all of Destin’s main attractions. The condo was very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement: when we arrived and opened the dishwasher the dish soap was still in the machine as though it’s not cleaning well, the kitchen cabinets needed a good wipe down, the stove had a greasy residue left behind, the toilet rims needed to be wiped down, etc. also, the kitchen amenities could be better: better quality pots and pans, some cleaning supplies, nicer coffee machine, etc. overall the location was nice but it wasn’t practical for us. Unfortunately the beach was too rough during our stay too so we weren’t able to enjoy the ocean.

I guess the one thing is, the cost keeps going up and I don't know if I can keep coming. Most of the units are owned by long time owners and they have made their money. For us who can't afford to buy, it's sad to say, I may not be able to afford much longer.

We vary Year to Year but average around 70 people (12+condos). The location is great. The people are nice. The condos are SUPER. Already booked for next year!! See ya soon DBC!!

It presented itself exactly as shown in pictures which was a pleasant surprise. It is very well equipped and comfortable. The unit is in need of a deep cleaning. Being able to sit on the patio and have morning coffee or just being able to walk out onto the beach for some mental therapy was wonderful. We were fortunate that we had beautiful weather the 4 days we were there. The young man who sat up the chairs and umbrellas each day on the beach was very kind and attentive to the needs of the guests staying at the Destin Beach Club. The office personnel were very kind. Right on the beach

We loved this property. Being on the bottom floor was a pleasant surprise. No elevators and it was just easier to walk out and take a stroll . Our kids loved it here. We hope to stay in this unit again next Summer.
