It has a cozy open space that integrates a bedroom area with a queen size bed, a living area with a sofa bed, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. For added convenience, the building in which it is located has a lift.

Its magnificent location offers all the necessary services around it, a variety of entertainment venues and good restaurants, where you will also enjoy a summer climate all year round and the spectacular beach of Las Canteras, located just a few minutes walk from the flat.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, towels, bed linen and much more.

Currently, there is a construction site in front of the house from 08:00 to 15:00 on weekdays.
