The Watervilla Meerzicht 8 has a surface area of 170 up to 210 square meters.



The spacious living room offers a charming seating area with a gas fireplace and a smart TV with streaming capability. There also is a spacious dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your whole travel party. The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a second dining area, a cooking island and luxury appliances, including a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.



From the living room you can access the spacious waterfront terrace with a luxurious lounge set and dining set. You can also make use of the private jetty, where you can dock your boat. There also are swimming stairs present, so you can easily take a dip in the water. From the terrace you have an impressive and unobstructed view over the Veerse Meer. The perfect place to enjoy a dinner or drinks during sunset.



On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a private bathroom each. Both bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and a washbasin. One bathroom has a bathtub where you can relax.



On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a private bathroom each. These bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and a washbasin.



There are 3 to 4 toilets present in the villa. There is a parking space for a minimum of 2 cars in front of the villa. Furthermore, there also is underfloor heating, a storage with a washing machine and dryer and space to store your bike. You can also enjoy free WiFi during your stay.
