There is access to a large, beautiful enclosed courtyard with barbecue and garden furniture. The courtyard is partially covered, so you can stay there most of the year.

The apartment is part of the pedestrian street, so you are right in the center of the city and at the same time very close to the harbor, as the pedestrian street connects the city with the harbor, where there is life all summer.
