The interior of Villa Luce is designed for complete relaxation and functionality. In the basement, you'll find the perfect space for unwinding and entertainment, featuring a sauna for relaxation, as well as a spacious room with a gym and billiards, ideal for those who love active relaxation. The basement also includes a small storage room and a WC for added convenience. The ground floor features the living room and kitchen, both with access to the outdoor area with a private pool. Guests can relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful sea view. The interior is elegantly furnished, and additional comfort is provided by a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a small WC. The first floor is home to three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with king-size beds (180x200 cm) and TVs. Every bedroom offers a breathtaking sea view, making each stay special.



The outdoor space of Villa Luce is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. The heated infinity pool offers the opportunity to relax, swim, and enjoy the sea view. There's also a charcoal and wood barbecue and an outdoor dining table, perfect for dinners or family gatherings at sunset. For full enjoyment under the sun, guests can use 3 sunbeds and 1 umbrella. The villa offers 3 parking spaces, ensuring easy access to the property.



For those who enjoy activities, Villa Luce provides the option to rent bicycles and SUPs (stand-up paddleboards), allowing guests to explore the Pelješac coastline in a unique way. Pelješac and the surrounding area offer numerous activities and attractions. Guests can enjoy cycling and hiking tours, wine tasting at local vineyards, and exploring cultural and historical landmarks. The Pelješac coast is dotted with numerous beaches, while water sports enthusiasts can enjoy surfing, diving, and other activities. In front of Villa Luce is its sister villa, Villa Mare, which is separate and provides complete privacy for both properties. Additionally, there is a boat dock in front of Villa Luce, offering guests luxurious access to the sea and easy exploration of the Pelješac coast.
