In the heart of como, nestled in the historic Palazzo Odescalchi mansion, this refined apartment combines elegance and comfort in a bright and welcoming environment. The residence offers a spacious bedroom, a versatile living area with open kitchen and sofa bed, and a delightful private porch ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. Its ample square footage makes it perfect for exclusive stays with family or friends.



The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the building and opens onto a large living area with a double sofa bed, dining table and American kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher and oven. A French door leads from the living area to a private porch, tastefully furnished and equipped for outdoor dining. The sleeping area consists of a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed, while the bathroom with shower stall, functional and modern, completes the layout of the apartment..



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



*Please be advised that the apartment is located in a central and lively area; the presence of clubs may cause noise during the evening and night hours.
