In Zuid-Beveland near the village of Baarland in Bungalowpark "Scheldeoord" is our spacious detached 6-person bungalow, 250 meters from the Westerschelde where a sandy beach has been created with a beach pavilion. We have been the proud owners since 2007. In terms of size, it cannot be compared with a mobile home or chalet at the adjacent Ardoercamping Scheldeoord (ANWB top camping 2022 and 2023, 2024, 2025 and Superplatz 2024,2025, Green Key certified) The bungalow is equipped with; - A spacious garden with playground equipment for the little ones. - Stair gate upstairs, high chair, indoor/outdoor toys, so child-friendly - Utility room - 3 bedrooms (downstairs 1 bedroom with a double bed, upstairs 2 identical bedrooms with 2 single beds) - Bathroom with shower and sink - Toilet - Living room - Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge (with freezer), dishwasher (new kitchen from 2020) - Adjoining terrace/canopy - Private parking space - Wifi The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. There are several playgrounds and playing fields, a supermarket, a restaurant and a snack bar on the park. You can make free use of the facilities at the adjacent Ardoer camping Scheldeoord, including a recreation team, tennis courts, swimming pool (there is an indoor and outdoor pool) is open from the beginning of April to the end of October. During the season you can use the washing machines at the adjacent campsite. There is a covered large climbing and clambering equipment Quiet location right on the sea wall, with lots of privacy for a relaxing holiday Scheldt beach with Scheldebrasserie right next to the campsite Indoor and outdoor swimming pool with slide Enthusiastic entertainment team during the school holidays Many cycling and walking opportunities in the area Tourist attractions (Steam train, Tropical Zoo, Hollandse Hoeve, Oosterscheldemuseum, etc.), and in Baarland restaurant De Kleine Toren (one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands) and the locally very popular ice cream parlor Sam. Furthermore, along the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer you will find all kinds of small beaches, and the island of Walcheren with its large North Sea beaches is also not far away (boulevard Vlissingen at 35 km).
