🐋🐚 Dune is conveniently situated 656 yards (600 metres) from Blue Flag beach Robberg 5 and a short drive to delis, eateries and grocery stores.

Dune has safe parking inside the property for 2 vehicles.
This coastal escape also offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a pool, barbecue (braai) and an outdoor shower.

Bathrooms: 2x en-suite, 2x separate bathrooms.

Layout 🧭
Within the light-filled large entertainment patio and dining area with its bifold and sliding doors is the braai (barbecue) - a fridge-freezer and prep sink are also conveniently located in this inviting space.

Bedrooms:
One step leads up from Living area to Bedrooms 1 and 2 which are situated in close proximity to each other in Dune’s South wing.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a bathroom.
Bedroom 1, with its en-suite bathroom, leads out onto the deck and pool garden.
Bedroom 2 and its bathroom are adjacent to Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom and adjacent shower is situated in Dune’s North Wing, near the dining room,

Living area:
The open plan TV lounge (with Smart TV) leads up 4 stairs from the entertainment area into the main kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric oven and gas hob.

The Scullery (with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer) is next to the kitchen. Three (3) steps lead down from the Scullery to the Courtyard where you will find the washing lines.

The sparkling 5x3m pool is situated in the sheltered and private back garden where the outdoor shower can also be found.
