QUIET TIME

We are located in a residential community that is home to many people, alongside being suitable for holidaymakers, business travellers, and students. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of our neighbours and their right to a peaceful environment. Between the hours of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, noise should be kept to a minimum.

Please note that a noise monitor is installed on the premises to ensure acceptable noise levels. If noise exceeds the set threshold, we will receive notifications. Repeated disturbances may result in appropriate action. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

BREAKAGES

We understand that accidents happen! If you break anything during your stay, please let us know immediately. For minor damages, we typically won’t charge. However, for larger issues, we will agree on a reasonable cost with you before your departure. In some cases, the cost may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your honesty and understanding.
