Farmhouse – A Peaceful Retreat on the Outskirts of Gordon’s Bay
Escape to Farmhouse, a spacious and tranquil getaway designed for
families, friends, and groups looking to relax and reconnect. Nestled
on a semi-rural estate, this welcoming retreat offers the perfect mix
of comfort, nature, and adventure.

With five en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a
dishwasher and washing machine, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces,
Farmhouse is designed for a truly enjoyable stay. Cozy up by the
fireplace, challenge your friends to a game of pool, or take in the
stunning surroundings from the balcony.
Step outside and unwind in the private garden, complete with
comfortable seating areas, a braai (BBQ) and fire pit for outdoor
gatherings, and sun loungers to soak up the South African sunshine. For
ultimate relaxation, take a dip in the indoor pool or enjoy a soak in
the wood-fired hot tub under the stars.
For those who love to stay active, the on-site functional fitness gym,
Farmhouse Fitness, is available for a small fee. The gym is also open
to local members and offers daily fitness classes from Monday to
Friday.

Each of the five en-suite bedrooms includes a private bathroom with a
shower—one also features a bath—along with a wall fan and a mini fridge
for added convenience.

• Two triple rooms sleep three guests each, with two single beds side
by side and an additional single bed, also with direct balcony access.
• One bunk room sleeps four guests in bunk beds, ideal for kids or
groups.

Farmhouse is a multi-purpose property, with the owners residing in a
separate cottage next to the villa, along with their two young
children, two dogs, and one cat. Additionally there is a staff
residence, home to a live-in handyman and his family. The property is
also home to chickens, rabbits, and ducks, adding to its peaceful,
countryside charm.

Situated within a gated estate, Farmhouse has its own private gated
entrance and security measures, including cameras, to ensure peace of
mind.

Stellenbosch and nearby coastal towns like Strand, Pringle Bay, and

The gym is open to local community members and features a variety of classes from Monday to Friday.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Firlands Park, 18 Hunters Ln, Gordon's Bay, Cape Town
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
