Braddon Cottage is Situated just off a pretty communal courtyard garden, it is the perfect family holiday home. Your days can be spent wandering the fabulous 36 acres of woodland and countryside of the estate or exploring the dramatic north Cornwall coastline, pretty villages and historic monuments.
Braddon's open plan living area is ideal for all the family with comfy sofas perfect after a long day exploring. The fitted kitchen has everything you will need to create a family feast. The property is all on one level and has two bedrooms, the double has a beautifully crafted bed and the double height ceiling gives an airy and spacious feel with calming tones. The twin bedroom is ideal for the younger members of the family and is a light, bright room.
Outside, there is the benefit of a private decked area, reached via patio doors from the living-room and divided by trellis from the neighbours to ensure you can make the most of the Cornish sun, fire up the barbecue whilst looking out over the gorgeous surrounding countryside for some al fresco dining. The nearby fields can be enjoyed by everyone so the children can roam free.
There's a games room available for all to use with a pool table, air hockey, darts board, black board and some outdoor games.
