Enjoy a peaceful stay in this modern, 2 bedroom apartment. Ideally located in Media City, within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment boasts a corner plot with floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view overlooking the canal and an on-site gym and laundry service. The property furnished to the highest standard for a comfortable stay with a tram stop just outside with excellent transport links to explore all Manchester has to offer.

The state-of-the art modern kitchen fully equipped with kitchen electric hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/ freezer, plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to create amazing dishes in your home away from home..
The dining area seats 4 and is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals together.
Guests have access to the whole apartment. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the apartment is via the main door to the apartment building. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Both lift and stairs access are available.
Paid parking is available off site and there is also free parking spaces available on the weekends, please check local signage for further details.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquire for prices and book at least 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
