The Space:
Located on Heathergate Boutique Holiday Park, Portland 2 is a beautiful lodge with plenty to offer. Benefiting from an open plan living, kitchen and dining space, you'll have ample space to relax and socialise here.

The living space includes a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen TV and an electric stove so it's the ideal spot to retreat. Whether you're cosying up for a film night or you're getting lost in a good book, you'll certainly feel content here. The sliding patio doors open out onto the private deck which has outdoor seating and a sunken hot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee out here and take in the breathtaking views or sink into the hot tub for a refreshing start to your day.

Portland 2 has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare home cooked meals during your stay with ease. Amenities include an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Shaker in style in a lovely neutral colour, the kitchen is in keeping with the stylish space and offers plenty of storage space as well as cookware, crockery and cutlery. In addition, you can share family meals around the freestanding dining table.

The stunning master bedroom includes a king size bed with a full height headboard and lift-up storage. Additionally, the room has a mirrored dressing area, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, providing everyone with their own space.

Portland 2 has a modern family bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower, WC and basin.

Opened at the end of 2023 Heathergate boasts an intimate spa facility that includes a small heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gymnasium. This lovely facility enhances the quiet and relaxing nature of the park.

The nearest train station to Low Gate can be found in Hexham, a short 10-minute drive away from Heathergate Boutique Holiday Park. Hexham has direct services operating to locations across Northern England including Carlisle, Middlesbrough, Morpeth, Newcastle upon Tyne and Whitby.

One bus route operates in Low Gate. The 688 operates between Hexham, Allendale Town and Allenheads.
