This spacious house dates back to 1853 and is 162 mÂČ â offering a relaxing holiday in a rural setting.
The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a three-quarter bed. In addition, there is a living room with a two-person sofa bed and another living room with a corner sofa.
The house includes internet, TV, and a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the annex. A large, cozy dining room can accommodate up to 10 people.
If you are looking for a modern and streamlined holiday home, this is not the place for you, as the house is furnished in an old-fashioned style, full of charm and coziness. The property is 2000 mÂČ with many cozy corners, sunny spots, and a 200-year-old beech tree where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The house is located 400-500 meters from Hasmark Beach, one of the best beaches on Funen. There are great opportunities for long walks on the dike, the beach, or in the nature of EnebĂŠrodde, with Kattegat on one side and Odense Fjord on the other.
Hasmark Strand Camping is 2 km away and has a small shop selling fresh bread, among other things. There is also an indoor and outdoor water park, a large playground, and a wide range of activities during the summer.
There is also a restaurant open throughout the camping season. The campsite is easily accessible via the dike along the water.
The town of Otterup is 7 km away and offers grocery stores and specialty shops. Every Saturday in summer, there is a market with fresh produce, cozy stalls, live music, and food and drink options.
At the holiday home, you can enjoy peace and relaxation in a garden where deer, hares, and pheasants frequently visit, and swans can be seen and heard both in the air and on the fields. If you want more activity, there are plenty of options nearby for the whole family.
On the property, there is an annex that the owner occasionally uses. However, it has a separate lawn, so you will still experience complete privacy as guests. Note: Not for commercial rental.
