The stylish and bright interior has been finished to a high standard, featuring comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals at home, a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer stunning city views from the third floor. High-speed broadband is available throughout. The apartment boasts two generously sized bedroomsâone double and one singleâboth with plush beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen and ample storage for clothes. The modern family bathroom includes a shower and bath, with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels provided for your convenience.

Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located close to the City Centre, you are within walking distance of many major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the Cityâs famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, can all be reached within 20-25 minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Moorfield Train Station is around 15 minutes walk away and Liverpool Central and Lime Street Stations are a short Taxi or bus ride away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
