Great location. The unit was clean and fairly spacious for 2 people. Laundry was a plus. The decor is a little bare. Also could use some more hooks for towels in bathroom. There was Folgers coffee and the coffee maker was pretty slow. we were not there very often and it suited us well. Just a short walk to French quarter and the casino.

Had a great stay. Very easy to get in and out of the building with close proximity to walk to the French Quarter. Safe neighborhood and spacious apartment

Sweet spot for a quick getaway

Really enjoyed the place. Food was close but far enough away from the chaos of Bourbon. Would stay there again, no question.

Great at Home Feeling

This rental is located nearby and short walking distance from all sights, shopping, casino and restaurants. I highly recommend it for those who like their privacy and not all the hustle and bustles of pricey hotels.

Perfect location for walkers

The loft was great! We loved the roof top balcony as well. I wouldn't recommend parking in the quarter. The Bed worked fine for us!

Do your homework when researching New Orleans properties

We are experienced NOLA visitors and choose properties in areas we want to explore. Rentals can vary throughout the area so you need to know what you want to experience. This rental provided a great location, local transportation and new activities in the Central Business District next door to the french quarter. We will certainly stay there again.

Great location, good price

Our stay at this property was good. The unit was spacious and clean and the mattress was comfortable. I took away one star because it was missing a few amenities (Kleenex, conditioner, lotion) and the table for eating had very uncomfortable stools with no backs). There was also a fair amount of early morning (5 am) street noise that disrupted our sleep.

Just what I hoped for

Nice apartment with a convenient location. Once I parked in a nearby public lot, I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go (conference center, French Quarter, and Art District). Grateful for kitchen appliances, open livingroom space, bed and bath; free wifi; and the security of a Passcode at the lobby entrance.

I loved the location of this property. It's literally minutes from the French quarters.

The only issue I had with this is the bed. It was very squeaky every move was loud squeaking and pillows were flat. Upgrade mattress/ pillows.

Birthday Weekend in New Orleans

Very clean property. The location is great for access to Bourbon and French Quarter. I would suggest they leave more than two wash cloths if the reservation is for 3 adults and when I asked for additional towels I was told to wash what was there however that wasn't the point. The only other complaint is that the bed is extremely uncomfortable.

Loft on magazine

It was a very good apartment , great location for the French Quarter in NOLA. There was some street noise early in the morning from garbage trucks. The walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors, they were generally quiet so not a real issue this time.

Great property and location near French district

Only complaint of this property is an incredibly uncomfortable mattress and very noisy with every move. Poor sleep due to those factors. I would recommend to offer maps of the area within the space to help renters jump start their site seeing and touring of the city. A new bed would make this a perfect place!

Clean,and good location but lacking amenities

Overall this property was good. The location was great, and clean. Beds were comfy. We did have a few issues: pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and looked old/discolored. Also we were given two bath towels, but NO hand towels, washcloths, or kitchen towels. The fan in the bedroom also needs a good dusting!
