Tucked away in the town of St Ives, this welcoming two-bedroom duplex apartment is the perfect coastal retreat for a relaxing, family friendly getaway. Simply stroll into town and discover the many beaches, shops and restaurants St Ives has to offer.
Spread over two floors, Cockleshells compliments the colours found on the Cornish coast, showcasing a nautical theme throughout. With a highlight of an on-site EV charger.
Gather in the cosy living room after a day spent at the beach to catch up on your favourite series on the Smart TV or venture into the kitchen to enjoy a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen-diner. Together with the décor, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches, Cockleshells presents a true home away from home.
The master bedroom King offers guests a generous space to unwind after a day of adventuring and creating family memories. Mornings may find you stepping through the sliding doors and out onto your very own private balcony to take in the fresh Cornish air. Guests are encouraged to make use of the ample storage facilities.
The second bedroom Twin provides a peaceful spot to rest in the presence of seaside reminders and storage spaces for clothing.
Cockleshells presents a contemporary open-planned kitchen diner that ticks all the cookery essentials including a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. This bright and airy space has been designed for laid-back family dining, ideal for enjoying a full English breakfast or afternoon tea and cake.
The upstairs family bathroom continues the nautical theme featuring sand-toned tiles with a contemporary finish. Guests are invited to take advantage of the full-piece suite including a shower over bath, bathtub, WC, hand wash basin and heated towel rail.
Cockleshells provides guests with a downstairs WC and hand wash basin. A bonus feature for family staycations.
Located at the rear of the apartment, Cockleshells offers a compact courtyard for guests to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or an ideal space to store beach items. This area can also be accessed by walking around the left of the property, a perfect opportunity to store the wetsuits, body boards and surfboards after a full day at the beach.
