Brambles Farm Bungalow, located in the picturesque West Wight, offers a peaceful getaway for up to 4 guests. Nestled in a tranquil rural setting, it provides stunning sea views and a respite from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The bungalow features open vistas of fields with grazing horses, the valley at the rear, and sweeping views of the sea, complemented by spectacular sunsets.
Situated just a 4-minute walk from Colwell Bay, guests can enjoy direct access to the beach and miles of heritage coastline. Scenic walks, cycle tracks, and breathtaking views of Tennyson Down and The Needles Family Attraction are easily accessible.
Inside, the kitchen and bedroom offer views of the serene open fields, while the lounge and patio boast panoramic sea views, creating the perfect retreat for relaxation.
LOCATION
Located in the West Wight area of the Island, with miles of heritage coastline, scenic walks, cycle tracks and breath taking views from Tennyson Down and The Needles Family Attraction, Brambles Farm Bungalow is ideal for families, couples, walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, and water sports enthusiasts.
A short drive or a leisurely walk discover Yarmouth Harbour and Castle, Headon Warren, Alum Bay with its coloured sands, The Needles Pleasure Park, and the National Trust Lighthouse along with Fort Victoria Country Park.
ACCOMMODATION
GROUND FLOOR
The lounge /diner offers comfortable relaxing seating and a table and chairs to share family meal times. With patio doors overlooking the sea.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, washing machine and small fridge freezer.
With plenty of storage, the master bedroom has built in units and a cosy double bed.
A family bathroom has a shower over, wc and hand basin.
The second bedroom provides twin beds with cupboards for storage.
OUTSIDE
Off road parking for 1 car is available in the communal parking area near to the chalet.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE:
This property can accept a maximum of 2 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
