A centrally-located characterful, sun-kissed Victorian maisonette in St Andrew's, Bristol, minutes from Gloucester Road.
Located at the top of a hill, the apartment has stunning views spanning Bristol with the sunrise and sunset visible on clear days from the two south-facing bedrooms.
The maisonette benefits from two generous bedrooms decorated with a bohemian, minimal and contemporary feel, a reception room that can be used as a sitting room, office/studio or additional bedroom, and a striking kitchen/dining/living room.
The master bedroom benefits from a roll top bath within the bedroom and there's an additional roll top bath with a shower in the main bathroom making it a fantastic home to relax in and unwind.
On a quiet road with free on-street parking, fast wifi with a dedicated workspace.
The space
Located on the popular Belvoir Road in the heart of St Andrews is our stylish and individual split level maisonette. Occupying the first and top floor of an imposing semi-detached Victorian building, the property retains many of its period character and charm whilst enjoying panoramic views across the city.
A central staircase winds up to the top floor to two double bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom benefits from a roll-top bath and vanity unit as well as rooftop views across St Andrews via a double glazed dormer window. This room has a beautiful Victorian cast iron fireplace and a double bed.
Also on the top floor youâll find our generous, minimally-styled second bedroom with a super king bed and stunning views spanning the city. Features include painted floorboards throughout with exposed ceiling joists. You'll find a chest of drawers and rail with hangers to store your clothes in both top floor bedrooms.
On the first floor lies a large third bedroom/sitting room with a sofa bed and a dedicated workspace and large shuttered bay window looking out across Bristol. This room can be utilised as a work room or additional living room if you donât require a third bedroom.
On this floor youâll find a separate bathroom with original roll top bath, shower and the toilet.
The kitchen/living room is located on this floor which has ample dining space for six people, a TV and large, comfy corner sofa. Here is another antique cast iron fireplace. The flat benefits from a washer/dryer, with a dutch airer for additional drying as well as a fully stocked kitchen and heaps of board games.
This special home has been lovingly restored and enjoys a quiet and peaceful position on the road. Conveniently located just a stone's throw away from the highly regarded St Andrews Park, the property also provides easy access to Montpelier station, the city centre and major transport links. Adam is originally from Hertfordshire and I (Jess) grew up in the countryside in Stroud, Gloucestershire. We recently moved to Bristol from London and restored our Bristol home. We're quite nomadic and run a creative, remote business so we enjoy hosting guests while we're off exploring! We're both into the UK arts and music scene and were drawn to Bristol as a hub for creativity/

St Andrew's has the best of both worlds â it's walking distance from all that Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft have to offer in terms of nightlife, restaurants and independent shops and also a quiet, residential retreat away from the hustle and bustle, St Andrew's Park is so stunning and also just a few minutes away.

It was the stunning views across Bristol that made us truly fall in love with the place, as well as the historical features â original floorboard, sash and bay windows and fireplaces.
