The Space:
Spanning 175 m², this villa features a modern and spacious design with four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The ground level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room, and a guest toilet. One of the bedrooms is located on this level, boasting a king-size bed and a single sofa bed. The upper level hosts three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a terrace, and a lounge and dining area. Modern amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Bluetooth speakers, and individually controlled air conditioning in every room.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, outdoor lounge, and dining areas. Daily light cleaning, linen and towel changes twice per week, and pool and garden maintenance are included. The villa also offers private parking and is equipped with an alarm system for added security.

The Neighborhood:
Located within a serene complex of four villas on Super Paradise hill, the villa is surrounded by breathtaking views of the sea. Guests are within close proximity to the famous beaches of Super Paradise (1.4 km), Psarou (3.3 km), and Ornos (0.9 km), as well as the vibrant Mykonos Town (7.6 km). Supermarkets and other conveniences are just a short drive away.

Getting Around:
The villa is located 4 km from Mykonos Airport and 8.7 km from Tourlos Port, making it easily accessible. Guests may opt for car rentals or use chauffeur services for ease of travel around the island. The villa also offers assistance with yacht rentals, transfers, and other transportation needs upon request.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is until 11:00 am. Smoking indoors is not allowed, and events or pets can be accommodated upon request. A government climate-resilient tax of 15€ per day is not included in the rates and is payable upon check-in. Guests can also request additional services, such as villa pre-stocking, private chefs, massages, and personal training sessions.
