A charming and quiet one-bedroom apartment, recently renovated and elegantly furnished. Completely new, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility.

Just a 3-minute walk from the new Portello shopping center and a 15-minute walk from the Tre Torri complex. The tram to the city center is only a 2-minute walk away.
Perfect for those visiting the city or staying for work.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a private entrance. It features a spacious bedroom with a two-door sliding wardrobe and a desk. The living room has an open kitchen equipped with electric cooktops, a dishwasher, an oven, a large fridge, and a freezer. A kettle and a Moka coffee maker are available in the kitchen, along with dishes and all the essentials for cooking. The furnishings are completed by a two-seater sofa and a dining table with two chairs.

The bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring a peaceful sleep. It has a double bed with the option to add a crib upon request for children up to 3 years old. A desk and chair complete the furnishings.

The bathroom consists of a washbasin in the anteroom, separated by a door from the shower and toilet area, which includes a bidet. A hairdryer is available in the apartment.

Bed linens, a complimentary bathroom kit, sugar, tea, herbal tea, coffee, oil, and salt are all provided in the apartment.

Ideal for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting one child for free in a crib upon request. Not suitable for families with 2 or more children.

Unfortunately, I do not offer a luggage storage service, but I can recommend Radical Storage, which allows you to store your luggage in a secured facility at Via Renato Serra 57, with the following hours:
Monday-Sunday: 10:00-13:00 / 15:00-19:00.
