Luxury Villa Mara Ondo is located in Starigrad, in a perfect location between the Adriatic Sea and the magnificent Velebit mountain. This elegant, fully air-conditioned villa offers 120 m2 of carefully designed space, providing comfortable accommodation for 4 to 6 guests. The villa spans two floors, and almost every room offers a stunning sea view, creating a relaxing ambiance ideal for a holiday.

On the first floor, there is a wellness area with a private Finnish sauna, next to which is a workout space equipped with a Pilates ball, rubber exercise mats, and dumbbells for light body stretching, connected to a modern bathroom. The second floor features two spacious and elegant bedrooms, each with a large double bed, air conditioning, TV, and a work desk. One of the rooms offers a spectacular sea view, while both share a modern bathroom. The spacious living room, decorated in bright and neutral tones, further enhances the sophistication of the interior. A sofa bed for two additional guests increases the villa's capacity to six. Large glass openings and stone walls blend modern design with Mediterranean charm.

The open-concept area connecting the elegant, fully equipped kitchen and the airy living room is a perfect place for socializing and relaxation. Guests can prepare delicious meals in the beautiful wooden kitchen, enjoy their favorite movies on Netflix, or unwind in the private Finnish sauna. Pilates equipment provides additional recreational opportunities, and a guest toilet on the ground floor ensures complete comfort.

The outdoor area of Luxury Villa Mara Ondo delights with its spacious terrace offering a breathtaking sea view. The private 35 m2 pool is perfect for refreshing swims and relaxation, while sun loungers and umbrellas provide a choice of sun or shade. An electric grill is available for outdoor cooking, and evening gatherings in the outdoor dining area create a special Mediterranean atmosphere. Guests have access to private parking with four spaces and an electric vehicle charging station (16A), with the note that they need to bring their own charging cable.

The villa offers self-check-in, and all necessary details will be provided by the host.
