Duinvilla Wellness 6 is a new, luxurious detached villa located on beautiful Texel. 



Upon entering, you step into a spacious entrance hall with access to a separate toilet and the bright living room with open-plan kitchen. The sand-coloured kitchen is equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, oven and built-in fridge with freezer. 



On the ground floor, you'll find one of the bedrooms with two single beds and direct access to the en-suite bathroom. 

A staircase in the hall leads to the first floor with 2 additional bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other features a double bed*. Both bathrooms are stylishly finished, and the first-floor bathroom includes a freestanding bath and infrared sauna. 



The garden features a pergola and a hot tub, which is heated by a heat pump. You can also enjoy cooking outdoors in the outdoor kitchen. There are 2 parking spaces next to the holiday home. 



If the outside temperature is below 10°C, it will take longer for the hot tub to heat up. 


 *All beds in this villa are single beds. In the bedrooms with two beds, the beds are placed together to form a double bed.
