The home offers a family bathroom, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room, and a sitting room for relaxation. Amenities include gas central heating, an electric oven and hob, a washer/dryer, and WiFi, with thoughtful extras like a coffee maker and air fryer. Outside, the enclosed, multilevel garden boasts a patio, wood-fired hot tub, and comfortable furniture, perfect for unwinding. One well-behaved dog welcome. Parking is available in a nearby public car park for 25GBP per week. 3 Somerset Place is ideally located, just a short stroll from local shops, pubs, and the beach, making it an excellent base for a memorable coastal getaway. Hot Tub Checklist
Please remember:

Unlike standard electric hot tubs, ours is a beautiful Scandinavian-style wood-fired tub, crafted from fibreglass and chemical-free. Please take note of the following:

1.
The tub needs to be filled on your arrival – allow approx. 1.5 hours to fill.
2.
Only use dried kiln wood or softwood logs – using damp or wet logs causes smoke, which can result in complaints from neighbours.
3.
When checking out, please follow the instructions in our app for safe emptying of the tub.
