The Space:
Inside, the accommodation in Villa Rimini is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor guests enter into a magnificent hallway. A large dining room has a table that extends to seat up to 14 guests in total. And a beautiful kitchen oozes character. The owners have ensured that this has been equipped with everything a guest could need. This includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, traditional pizza oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A living room with fireplace is furnished with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests if required. Two other comfortable sofas arranged around a focal fireplace provide the perfect setting in which to enjoy each others company. Also on this floor are 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms. There are two bathrooms on this floor too.

On the first floor of Villa Rimini, there is a stunning bedroom suite which enjoys sea views. A cosy room leads off has been designed as a make-up studio and dressing room. A second double bedroom on this floor has views of the garden whilst there is a smaller third double bedroom also has sea views. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms. One is a full bathroom whilst the other has a shower and hot water tap. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Finally there is a small home office space which has a sofa bed in it.

There is a laundry room in the basement with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Outside, the garden is surrounded by extensive gardens measuring approximately 2 acres. Mature, centuries old trees break up the view of Rimini and its hills. This really is the most idyllic and peaceful of settings. It provides the perfect haven of rest and relaxation for holidaymakers.

There is a large swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 metres, positioned to make the most of the panoramic views. An outdoor shower is also provided. As well as this, there is a tennis court for guests to enjoy. And for those who prefer football, there is a football goal for your enjoyment.

Two covered terraces provide the perfect setting to dine al fresco and there is a BBQ too.

If you enjoy films, a projector is provided with Netflix allowing guests to watch films either indoors or outside.

Villa Rimini is ideally located to enjoy visits to many historic towns of the area as well as the beautiful beaches of the Italian Riviera. Just minutes from the Fellini Museum and the Sismundo Castle, visitors can here learn more about the philosophy of Federico Fellini and the world of his Oscar-winning film La Dolce Vita. It's also a great base for exploring San Marino. Despite the quiet rural location, it's possible to reach the city by car in just 10 minutes. A selection of small shops are also within a short drive.
