Nestled in the heart of Garston, south of Liverpool, Railway Cottages is the perfect choice for a peaceful yet vibrant getaway. Experience the charm of a traditional Liverpool neighbourhood while enjoying the convenience of being close to major transport links and attractions. This two-storey house features two bedrooms, a modern family bathroom, and separate living, dining, and kitchen areas, all fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home-from-home experience.
The Space:
Situated in the scenic southern part of Liverpool, Railway Cottages exude character with its red brick façade and a blend of traditional features alongside a contemporary interior design. The ground floor is enhanced by a striking wooden herringbone floor, while the upper floor is fully carpeted, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.
As you enter the front door, the living room is a welcoming space with two comfortable sofas, one of which transforms into a double bed, sleeping up to two guests. A flat-screen TV is provided, offering both terrestrial channels and Smart TV features for streaming your favourite apps.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats your group with a wooden dining table and four rattan-style chairs, complemented by two additional sofas. The feature fireplace adds a touch of charm, framed by the light interior walls, making the space even more inviting.
This space leads to the modern kitchen, fully equipped for cooking at home, with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and more. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
The property also features a lovely patio, accessible from the kitchen, featuring a traditional wooden bistro table and chairs, perfect for a relaxing moment outdoors.
Up one flight of stairs from the front door, you'll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. Both rooms have windows with views of the neighbourhood and are equipped with Smart TVs for unwinding at any time of day.
The family bathroom is located on the same floor, featuring a modern design with a shower, WC, and washbasin.
