Like Heaven Apt consists of: open space living room-kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 terrace with lake view, 1 private and furnished garden, shared swimming pool, 1 private covered parking space. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Like Heaven Apt is arranged on one floor, consisting of a bright open space with kitchen and living room, with TV area, sofa bed and access to the large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
The complete bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
Like Heaven Apt also enjoys a pleasant outdoor area with a modernly furnished garden. Finally, you can enjoy a (shared) swimming pool, which is open seasonally from 1 April to 30 September.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 persons and has air conditioning, Wi-FI internet and 1 private covered parking space.

ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING
Like Heaven Apt has 1 private parking space. Public car parks 150 metres away.
The flat is located on the first floor of the building.

ARGEGNO & SURROUNDINGS
Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.
In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.
On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Lungo Lago di Argegno: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!
There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.

GETTING AROUND
Please note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
In the centre of Argegno, the boat and bus stop will be at your disposal.
It is possible to reach the centre of Argegno on foot by walking down a pedestrian street with stairs for about 600 metres (less than 10 minutes on foot).
We recommend travelling by car, as the flat has a private car park (COVERED). Easy to reach from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour's drive away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Seasonal opening of the swimming pool: from 1 April to 30 September.
All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of € 3.00 per night per person. In the winter period heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 7,00 / Day.
It is forbidden not to sort waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
According to Italian law, before check-in, the personal identity document of each guest will be requested. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill in the online form that will be sent 7 days before check-in.
