âą 3 rooms with double beds (can be converted into singles upon request).
âą 1 room with a cozy bunk bed, perfect for families or kids.
âą Shared Facilities:
âą A separate kitchen, fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals.
âą A separate lounge with comfortable seating, including a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for additional guests.
âą 1 separate downstairs W/C.
âą 1 shared bathroom upstairs for your convenience.
âą Newly painted interiors for a fresh, modern vibeâplease respect and help maintain the space!
Important Notice About the Garden:
Our garden is very long and steep. For your safety, DO NOT go down the stairs. The area beyond the stairs is not level, and accessing it is against our house rules. If you choose to go beyond the designated area, you do so at your own risk, and we will take NO responsibility for your actions. Your safety is our priority, so please respect this rule.
Parking:
The driveway can fit 2 small cars or 1 larger car. Please use your own initiative to park sensibly, ensuring there is enough space for safe access to and from the property. Surrounding streets offer additional parking if needed, and street parking is free after 6 PM and all day on weekends.

Our home is conveniently located with excellent transport links:
