Enjoy a stylish London retreat in this beautifully presented 2-bedroom house in Eltham, South East London.
Featuring a cosy living room with TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a serene garden with outdoor seating.
Located close to transport links, it's just 15 minutes by train to London Bridge.
NOTE: There is a sofa bed in the living room, if you need to use it let us know in advance so we supply linen for it too before your arrival.
Living Room: Warm, colourful and inviting space with a plush cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for four
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle
Bedroom 1: Spacious room with ample storage.
Bedroom 2: Cozy room with a comfortable bed and access to the bathroom.
Downstairs Bathroom: Contemporary design.
Garden: Private outdoor area with seating, perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days.
If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard. â
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
