Set 21 km from Cotswold Water Park and 42km from Lacock Abbey, Haydon Stays offers a cozy, and spacious 5-bed house in Swindon.
The home is packed with essential amenities to make your stay memorable. Within a 7minute walk is the Orbital shopping centre with cafes, barbers, restaurants and clothing and grocery shops. Some of the available shops include Nandos, McDonalds, ASDA, Lidl , Next, M&S , New Look etc
Free parking is always available.
Ground Floor:
The entrance hall leads to the stairs for the first floor on the Right.
To the left is a corridor that leads to an open plan Kitchen Dining area cum living room.
There is a separate cloak room outside the kitchen. This area adjoins the garden via the backdoor.
There is a car port which can be accessed on request, but needs to be closed at all times for security reasons.
Wifi is accessible throughout the house.
First Floor
Room 3: large double room with a Juliet Balcony. Two single beds are linked to form a King-sized bed. These can be set up as singles on request. A 48hr window is needed to set this up so please note. A stand-alone wardrobe and bedside tables are supplied with pleasant deco.
Room 4: Is a smaller double room with key amenities and a nice open framed wardrobe.
Room 5: Is a large single room with built in wardrobe.
A larger single bed with pleasant deco makes this room particularly comfi.
A slide out extra bed can be made accessible to make room for an additional person on request. 48hr Advanced notice is required for this.
Second Floor
Room 1 : double room with a double bed and en-suite shower room. It has a large built-in wardrobe.
Room 2 : Double room with small built-in wardrobe
Family Bathroom: Spacious with Bath, WC and wash-hand basin
Shower-mat is provided
The entire house has been carefully made up to a high standard of cleanliness.
The Garden
The back door leads onto a paved area of garden that also leads to the car port and garage(not accessible to guests). The garden has pleasant grass surface and bamboo on the periphery.
Garden furniture has been removed from the rain in the winter but can be made available on request. They will, otherwise, be set up again in the spring though the summer.
The whole house is accessible. Free roadside parking is available in front of the building. Car port can be made available on request (Height restrictions (6ft) and additional terms apply).
The exception is the garage which is not accessible to guests.
