Stay was good, had a slight hiccup checking in but Anthony replied very quickly and resolved our issue. Apartment was exactly as described and in a great neighborhood.
Itâs right next to the highway which made getting places very easy. You canât really hear it though, the soundproofing is quite good.
All in all we had a great 2 month long stay here, working and hanging out in Denver.
Condo is spacious and well furnished with tasteful, contemporary decor.
Anyone needing light rail service, it's literally across the street. Building very well maintained, other tenants pleasant. Traffic on 25 is a bear but that's true for most high capacity roads during rush hour. Near S. Pearl St restaurants, near Wash Park.
This property was great! Very nice and well furnished with all the essentials including cable and internet. The location is excellent right next to the light rail station and nearby walk to Washington Park and Pearl Street restaurants. I also enjoyed the garage parking during the snowy winter months. I spent two months here on business and would go back any time!
Very comfortable- well furnished codo in a excellent location with easy access to major highway. Large living area-with great bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Great sunrise over the balcony area. Close proximity to highway -some noise, but not a bother at all. Would stay again.
Modern facilities that were very clean and super comfortable!!! Great location - coffee shop across street, Wash park few blocks away, easy access to highway, pearl street farmers market! Everything you want within easy distance. Nice to have underground parking! Yay!!!!

close to restaurants & shopping - very clean and spacious
Lots of space and bedrooms are far enough from family room that the noise from there is not noticed. Very clean and enough supplies in the kitchen. We had a slight problem getting into the apt, but Anthony answered his phone immediately. Beds and pillows were fine. Others mentioned the proximity to the street and we did have motorcycles racing engines late at night that was disturbing. Also, there are only "filter" shades on the bedroom door to the balcony and nothing on the transom so lots of light comes through early in the morning. The light rail is right across the street for easy transportation.
Top notch place in great area. Close to Pearl Street and all it's great resturants, across the street from Duffy Rolls with great food and awesome Islesboro Tea.
Place was one of the best and well kept VRBO units we have stayed in in Denver. Anthony was attentive to our request, questions and needs. Convienent to light rail and beautiful Washington Park a short walk away. Safe area to walk around day and night. Covered , secure parking. Well equipped and comfortable. WiFi strong. Plenty of room.

The location is great with cute shops and one of Denver's finest large acreage parks, a Whole Foods grocery store, and good restaurants, basically right out the front door.
Anthony is very responsive to any questions you might have.
The apartment is located near Washington Park and Pearl Street. You can walk to shops and restaurants in just a few minutes. It is also a few blocks away from the light rail and Whole Foods. I would recommend anyone to stay here!
