This newly-built gated community with resort-style amenities is located just past the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. Plus resort-style amenities the whole family will love including a lazy river, mini-golf, arcade, fitness, sports courts, and more!

The impressive decoration and the layout of this two-story single family home provide seamless accommodation for up to 16 guests that can fit comfortably throughout its suites and rooms.

The home's elegant design and spacious layout provide seamless comfort, featuring beautifully appointed suites and rooms. The open-concept layout showcases a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island perfect for family breakfasts or late-night snacks. ✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
