A beautiful and recently completed ground-floor apartment overlooking Widewater Lagoon, allowing for spectacular views and a sense of peace and tranquility.
This contemporary space is ideal for a couple's escape, a break with friends, or a family holiday near the beach.
The sauna and hot tub offer plenty of opportunities for relaxation, and the large living area is ideal for cooking together, playing games, or watching the swans!
The property benefits from 3 double bedrooms, two with king size beds.
There is 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, each with a toilet and basin, ideal for multiple guests.
The open-plan kitchen, diner, and living area open onto the patio, which has 5-metre bi-fold doors that overlook the lagoon and wildlife.
A 5-minute walk to the beach, this apartment is ideal for those who want to enjoy playing in the sea, visiting nearby Brighton or simply relaxing in a beautiful home.
The hot tub is right by the water and the sauna is accessed via the garden.
We live above the property with our family and are therefore on hand should you need anything during your stay.
Guest access
Entry is through the main front door of the building followed by a second internal front door into the apartment.
Other things to note:
*Any commercial activity must be discussed before booking.
*No watersports are permitted on the lagoon.
*External CCTV in operation.
*No events or parties.
*No loud music between 22:00 and 08:00.
