Whether youâre planning a romantic retreat, a family staycation, a getaway with friends or a work trip, Roper Road will tick all of the right boxes! Located in the St. Dunstanâs area in the centre of Canterbury, youâll be ideally placed to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Youâll have full access to the apartment during your stay which includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The Space:
Ideal for small groups, solo travellers and couples, Roper Road is a bright and modern two-bedroom apartment.
The property benefits from an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. With crisp white walls, wooden flooring and a skylight window, the space feels spacious and airy. Wall art and patterned soft furnishings add a unique and homely feel.
Perfect for socialising, you can retreat to the living area or gather your loved ones together and enjoy home cooked meals at the dining area. The living area features a comfortable sofa, armchair and a flat screen TV. The dining area includes a white dining table and four modern chairs.
Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is also a coffee maker so you can enjoy a tasty coffee each morning!
Roper Street has two bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a double bed and the second room has twin single beds. Every care has been taken to ensure you have a comfortable night sleep as the beds have premium bed linens and plush bedding.
Clean and modern, the family bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
There are a number of pay and display carparks nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Please note the apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.

Roper Road is located in the centre of the unique medieval walled city of Canterbury. One of the most famous and culturally significant cities in the UK, there is plenty for you to explore here. Just a short walk from Canterbury High Street and only 10-minutes from Greyfriars and Westgate Gardens, youâll be perfectly placed to explore the city.

Getting Around:
Youâll find restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance from Roper Road, so youâll be ideally placed to enjoy a retreat in Canterbury.
Canterbury West rail station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment where there are regular journeys to Margate, Ramsgate, London St Pancras and London Charing Cross. Plus, the journey into London is under 1 hour with Southeastern trains which is handy!
If youâre travelling by coach, the National Express coach stop is approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The nearby towns of Ashford, Broadstairs, Dover and Margate can be reached via car under 45 minutes so Kent can be explored easily. If you fancy heading to the seaside, the beautiful town of Whitstable is a short 20-minute drive away.
