Newly built villa of 150 sqm accommodating 4 adults and 2 children in a quiet area near Gladökvarn. Only a 30-minute drive to Stockholm city center.

The house has two floors. The entrance floor features a large open living room with a fireplace and access to a large terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, you will find a living room with a lake view, two bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed and the other with a 180 cm bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.





Things to see and do in Huddinge / Stockholm and the surounding area

Gladö Kvarnsjön Nature Reserve is a forest reserve where you can hike on the Sörmlandsleden and Huddingeleden trails. Kvarnsjön is home to the rare large pond mussel. Pack a picnic and explore the accessible paths and trails along the shores of Kvarnsjön. Take the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms.

It's only 30 minutes to Stockholm City. Visit the charming Old Town. The city offers plenty of shops for those who love shopping. Junibacken is highly appreciated if you have children. Take the fairy tale train and experience all of Astrid Lindgren's storybook characters. The Vasa Museum and several other museums are worth a visit. Cozy Skansen is also popular.
