Sanfield House is ideal for families and couples looking for a secluded location, whilst being close to the glorious beaches of North Devon.
The property has ample private driveway parking right outside the house. A porch from the driveway leads into the property. The well-equipped kitchen is light and airy, featuring cream, country-style units and a breakfast bar where you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee. Fabulous views are also enjoyed from the living room, which has comfortable seating, a feature stone fire surround, and a TV. The dining area sits at one end, where family and friends can enjoy quality meals together while watching the sunset over the distant sand dunes. From the hallway, you can access the utility room with laundry facilities, and tucked into a corner is a convenient electric shower unit. A handy cloakroom/WC is adjacent. The garage, also accessed from the hallway, contains a pool table and ample storage space for surfboards, bikes, and more. A separate building within the garden contains a table tennis set-perfect for a little holiday competition.
Upstairs on the first floor are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a handy corner sink and delightful views, which are shared by the adjacent twin room. The third bedroom has bunk beds, suitable only for children. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom, which includes a shower over the bath with a shower screen, a heated towel rail, a WC, and a washbasin. Outside in the garden, you can enjoy the spectacular views, play games on the large lawn with the children, or light up the BBQ on warm summer nights for a family feast outdoors.
The bustling village of Braunton is only a short drive away (1 mile) and offers an array of independent shops and eateries. The magnificent sandy beach of Saunton Sands is just a 5-minute drive away, with the surfing beach at Croyde a further 5 minutes on. For those wanting a day away from the beach, Saunton Golf Club is nearby and is considered one of the leading golf courses in the UK. There are plenty of other attractions nearby, including the inspiring Exmoor National Park, Watermouth Family Theme Park and Castle (12 miles), Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (15 miles), and Exmoor Zoo (18 miles).
